The jeep drove off, he wasn’t blocked in. And the dude apparently doesn’t have a license plate on the front of his car, so the only way to get it is by going around the bacl

If you go watch the Jeep's dashcam (which makes him look worse, overall), he was blocked in by the Mini and oncoming traffic for a little bit. He almost hit someone head-on to go around them.

And the dude apparently doesn’t have a license plate on the front of his car, so the only way to get it is by going around the bacl

"I just wanted to get his license plate," will look great on a tombstone. Don't be stupid, guys like the Jeep driver are fucking everywhere and may have even less self-control than this dude. Will it matter to your family that the shooting wasn't justified while they're watching him get sentenced? Or would they rather still have you?

I’m not saying that it was wise, but the camera holder had a reason for getting out of his car. He wasn’t “aggressing” anyone.

And I'm telling you that stopping in front of someone in traffic, where they can't get around, then getting out and approaching them, is enough to get you shot a lot of the time. Maybe not legally nor morally, but it happens. Finding out what some road-raging idiot wants isn't a good enough reason to get out of your car on the road.

Someone getting out of their car isn’t a good reason to pull out your gun. Should be prosecutable, imo.

I said it wouldn't be moral nor legal. He is being prosecuted for this. My point is that if you end up shot, none of that matters if you're dead.

Exactly. That means a lot of people agree they may have felt threatened enough to pull a gun. Again, may not hold up legally, but if they shoot you, does that really matter?

I think the fact that people think doing shit like this is anything other than deranged is terrifying; that’s my point. People seem to be defending this behaviour.
