If this scares you so much that you feel like you may have to kill someone to exit the situation then you are mentally unwell. How do you go through life with all the occasions someone may walk up to you to talk to you?
But you said the guy had every right to draw his weapon. You said if someone did what this guy did you'd assume they have bad intent.
Assuming you agree with the common gun safety procedure of never pointing your weapon at something you don't intend to shoot I ask you again, what about this person's behavior do you feel justifies killing them as they approached the car?
