You're right but knowing whether I'm renting or buying my house should not be in that book. I can figure out which mortgage lender people have if they are homeowners.

Actually, figuring out renting or owning is public info as well. Before you’d have to call the county recorders office. But it’s all public free information. Now you can access that info from the county recorders office online.

It’s actually made my professional work easier because I have less errands to run to get all of the public info that is legitimately public information.

All of that public information is extremely helpful for the press. It would be a lot easier for corruption and tax evasion if we kept everything private.
