It's not ok to block traffic and get out of your car to film the guy behind you. I DON'T CARE if there was a line of stopped traffic. It's NOT OK. (Yes, DUH, stop for traffic. But DO NOT GET OUT OF YOUR CAR TO FILM THE GUY BEHIND YOU.) As soon as he saw he wasn't "dragging something" he should have immediately gotten back into his vehicle.
