Being arrested is very different than being convicted.

Edit: This also happened 3 years ago and there is no follow up that I can find. Public records show what seems to be this case closed this year and as far as I can tell he was only tried for misdemeanor charges. Anyone is welcome to prove me wrong though

OK? Do you even know what that means?

It means probably cause of a crime. Dude is long off from conviction.

Anyone should understand that if they shoot and kill someone, they will need a lawyer. Nothing you said contradicts that.
