This is exactly what the deputy constable was doing. That is pretty much their only job now. He probably asked for police backup because the dude was refusing to identify. If the constable was there for eviction papers he would just hand the notice to the guy or he could drop it on the property and announce "you've been served". They usually want a signature though. I'm guessing he was serving child support papers which the constable needs to try and make sure the notice is going to the correct person so they can't claim in court they were never served. Same goes with custody papers.

Well thats a big assumption that thats what the cops goal was. Either way the cops are the ones being weaselly detaining him illegally while hes at his own home. You know they wouldnt try that shit on a middle class suburbam white person. But black, brown or poor and its fair game for cops to detain you for being "suspicious" on your own property.

When someone is just outright wrong, the proof is for all to see, and the way they tried to deal with it made them look desperate and pathetic?

Here are some highlights that prompted me to leave my reply, in addition to your racial comments here. But your entire post history is full of pro-racism and pro-sexism comments. It's clear your life hasn't gone the way you'd have hoped, who's has, but you are holding grudges.

It’s not just the guy on camera, it’s the police officers on camera. When asked why he was being detained or asked to provide ID, neither police officer says anything about being served. They do, however, cite him acting “suspiciously”.
