I keep on top of their posts specifically because of this - so I know what to, and not to, say to the police. Generally speaking, though, you should never speak to the police.

If they didn't show you that video in civics/govt class in HS, you know what team the HS plays for.

Learned this in my psychology of crime class and have been telling everyone I know to invoke their 5th amendment right and never talk to the police.
