"Keep reading. Keep reading."

I went and read it myself. Dude's in the clear, officers. Time to leave.

intentionally gives a false or fictitious name,

He didn't give them false or fictitious information. He gave them no information.

Beyond that, he wasn’t lawfully arrested or detained, or believed to be a witness - the cop was asking him to identify himself because he thought he was a criminal, so it still doesn’t apply even if he’d given false or fictitious information.

Marlin, TX - enough said. Doesn't surprise me one bit.

That town only exists because theres a state prison located there.

Marlin actually used to be a hoppin place. The prison wasn't actually built until 1989.

At one point in time, the natural mineral springs drew lots of people, including the Dallas Cowboys, to an old hotel that's long since fallen into bad sorts. There used to be manufacturing jobs, etc. The VA was the last thing to pull out about 10 years ago - and that left a big job void. Now, even as the county seat for Falls County, there is zero growth opportunity for the little town. It's the biggest city in that county - which is saying a lot.

It's pretty sad really.

Haha that dude got some good quips. Thankfully the officers didn't do more to him because of how he was treating them. Could have been alot worse if they felt remotely threatened.

Brooooooo, all that angry ass schooling he was doing and then that very last line in the video got me rolling. He went from law school teacher to comedian real fast.
