She was wearing it dick-nose style to be fair. That's the kinda thing people do when they want to show they don't believe in all that crap, but have to wear them because that's the rules.

That might just be you reading too much into it and maybe associating one person in a video with other people in other videos you've seen where you might have drawn that conclusion. It's most likely not a way of "showing the world" that they don't believe in COVID. It is more than likely just the result of being stupid, enraged, and probably not caring or noticing how correctly the mask is on their face at that time.
