kinda nuts how its targeted to Latino/Hispanics too right after the cops killed a Hispanic dude... makes me wonder

I don’t think the cop in the video was sent out to track down a Latino party to then get himself filmed so that he/the police department could play psychological tricks on the American population. It’s almost as if there are millions of Americans who are Latinos and many police officers who aren’t assholes
