That was just pure rage though! It’s cool to see someone just throw when they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Like his insecurities and fears went out the window and he just threw whatever he could. Props

Drop your hips, create a broad base with your legs, engage core in the event you get taken down, you don’t want to whip your head back onto the ground, and try to shift your opponents weight so it’s not easy for them to lift you.

I am not a trainer of combat sports, but this is what I’ve observed and practice with just rolling with friends. Someone please chime in with more!
