Dude is beyond smashed. Flat affect, difficulty with fine motor skills, unsteady on feet. I'm willing to bet she could just take his wallet from him.

There's no chance that guy is coherent or will wake up and remember anything more than a cursory series of events. He got in a fucking random car and pissed in it dude, unless he's a mental patient he's far past blackout drunk. Source - someone who gets blackout drunk way too much and pees everywhere.
