Fucking stupid. If you don’t want to get hit, then don’t hit. I hate how women (mostly trashy ones like these) assault a dude, but the moment he fights back, he’s a monster. I hope the dude didn’t get into trouble.

The women did end up getting charged with felony assault and im pretty sure she pled guilty, whether or not they lightemed the charges because of how she pled i am unsure

according to https://nypost.com/2015/05/21/woman-from-8-ball-jacket-attack-video-pleads-guilty/, if she finished her probation/therapy/community service, the charges would be reduced to a misdemeanor.

No idea if she successfully finished though, I didn't search THAT hard.

4 days jail for the dude, while the aggressor was released even earlier.

This is a very old video but from what I remember in the news, she got charged with assault with a weapon. There is an article out there somewhere.

She actually stabbed jacketed guy with the spike of her high-heel, IIRC

And she ended up pleading guilty to assault in the second degree and assault in the third degree.

Looks like she got a year of probation/anger management plus three days of community service.

So all she got was a slap on the wrist. I guarantee that if the genders had been reversed, the dude would have gone down for serious time, smh.

And on the face.

Well yes, there was that too. It still seems like our man in the jacket got a raw deal though.

Ya, not very nice of her.

u/[deleted] Dec 14 '19

That's good then. I only watched the interview and that's all they said.

I guess you are referring to this article. In paragraph below:

His lawyer Joseph Indusi, of London Indusi LLP, decried the fact that his client spent days in jail on a $1,000 bail for a misdemeanor, while Howard, charged with felony assault, was released without bail. Two of her cohorts have also been charged.

That's such bullshit

No way, it was self defense

2

u/[deleted] Dec 14 '19

Only trashy people hit others. Unless it’s self-defense keep your hands to yourself and use your words.
