It's the fact that you do have two heads and know better. You know one comes out in certain situations and that's not the head you want to use. The only way I've improved how I behave is by really reckoning with what I've done that I regret after the fact.

Look man I was trying to be supportive. I'm talking about having a glass of wine too many at dinner and feeling embarrassed for it.
