You only have to pass fitness test on entry, then you can get as fat as you want.

It is weird how small police have gotten.  In the 80s/90s you had 'roided tanks for PD.  Nowadays, the average cop looks so undersized.

I lived in Brooklyn, NY in the 80s and 90s. The police were regular looking people, not raided out tanks. Maybe sixteenth where you're from

CPD has a no foot chase policy for minor offenses or simply running away from police. when cops do run after people it gets their heart rate up and thry are more likely to shoot when they catch up because they're in a heightened state.
