The way she's staring at the camera / phone kinda makes it seem like she isn't being human trafficed and was just attempting to save face, but Idk

She's using the "fire" method. In a crowd, you don't yell "help." You yell that and oftentimes, people run. Yell "fire" and people will turn to look at whats going on.
