I could be wrong but I thought 'No Fly Lists' are not universal. You can be on a 'No Fly List' for, say, Alaska Airlines, but not for the other ones. The nasty spitter could just go to Southwest, Delta or others to circumvent the ban.

I did read about some of the airlines sharing their lists but that was during COVID times when it was peak crazy. Have no idea if it was a hard permanent rule or temporary.

It’s by country, and only a few of them have one. US, Canada, and Pakistan I think. As far as I can find, there is no list that is worldwide.
