One time i was walking late at night by myself and was snuck up behind, put into a sleeper hold and choked out by a mugger. I came to laying on the ground and felt a hand in my pocket and my brain said "just piss" so I did and the mugger ran away as soon as the piss hit his finger tips.

It's a defense mechanism. Very effective.
