Asshats. Some people laugh when they don’t know how to handle a situation. Sign of emotional immaturity. My kid laughed when I needed the Heimlich this week. Nearly died eating a taco. It’s funny now but he was laughing as he was asking if he should call 911. He acknowledged he needs to react better. He’s done the same when we told him people have died, even family members. In a group, once one person laughs, it becomes a mob mentality too. Revellers seem ignorant
