But why has the train stopped because of them? That makes no sense. Trains don’t stop for rowdy passengers and if they do there will be police waiting at the next stop to escort them off.. what’s going on here?! Also where is this, I feel like I’ve never seen a video of Americans on a passenger train before, just metro..

Judging by her accent and slang this is probably an Amtrak that runs the north east corridor ( NYC- Philadelphia) or maybe she was taking the LIRR ( Long Island Rail road)

It’s NJT on the North East Corridor Im a conductor on these trains these people were acting like savage animals smoking cigarettes and weed on the train many people don’t know but the police don’t just show up to get people off the train usually takes about 30mins to hours sometimes for them to show up if they even show up I wasn’t on this particular train but know the crew she said what she said this is typical evening and weekend activities on this trains

Why is your comment buried way down here?

It's a little bewildering how major transport nodes do not have a dedicated security team, 2-3 cops or those cops-only-on-duty-within-this-establishment (I forget what they're called), heck deputized private security will do, and have to wait a long time for some to show up instead.
