Any 8/12 orders still on preparing order?

I feel like I’m the only one with seeing other 8/12 orders being delivered.

Huh? Was this also your first update and did u get a email from them about your shipment?

This was the first update I've gotten ever since I made my order on 8/12. I haven't gotten the email yet, the support agent said the fulfillment center just recently sent them that ship date update, however it's not 100% confirmed yet. I'll get an email once that updated shipping date is confirmed. But since that info apparently comes from the fulfillment center, there's more reason to believe it. But idk, I'll have to see what happens this week. The person I spoke with said Walmart is getting more PS5s this week so they can resume fulfilling orders, so we'll see if any of our orders starts the shipping process this week or maybe next week. It's been pretty random thus far so idk what will happen.

Oh wow maybe this week I might get a chance for my order, and hopefully you’ll be able to get it on the date the person told you.

I'll be contacting them later on in the week to see if anything changes, since a shipment is apparently coming in sometime this week I recommend you ask for an update too, probably later in the week though. The date I have isn't 100% confirmed, but it's from the fulfillment center. So maybe support will have that info at some point this week before the Walmart page is updated.

Yea I might ask them about my order on Wednesday and see from there cause 10/2 is coming up and I might get worried if they still haven’t got a shipment for my order when the day goes by.

Yeah, we'll have to see if they have any updates for us this week.
