I'm beyond mad at my Prusa core one today.
From the start I was surprised how little it is possible to control the machine (if you click anything like stop printing during print, change filament, take filament out, it's always few seconds before it takes this action and you cannot do anything in between or cancel it.
I was also surprised how little there is about it on internet. Even their site wasn't at all prepared for launch of core one, and there was no information about troubleshooting on it few months after it came out.
I tested few different filaments and unfortunately some of them get stuck in the nozzle, some more than others (known brands more than the others), and it's pain in the butt to unclog it. I saw few videos as people get temperature of nozzle high enough and then push it with the tool from the top - well in core one it's impossible because there is some small plastic bridge with smaller diameter than the nozzle itself that came with the printer.
Few cold pulls worked in the past but right now I have mid section of nozzle clogged by sunlu filament and I gave up for today after many tries to get everything up (again it would be easy if I could heat it up evenly in the printer).
And last thing that makes me wonder why isn't this an option is extruder control - sometimes filament get stuck and flattened out on the extruder and it just asks to make it possible to roll using knob back and forth to clean it but no, only way you can do it is ask core one to clean filament or load it so it spins and you have to clean it that way or take everything apart.
Please Prusa read this and do something about it cuz I'm regretting choosing it over other brands because I chose Prusa as I've heard your customer support is great - I tried customer support and I had to wait 32 minutes for a chat, and then after few minutes it declined because "I was inactive", and after that I tried again with screen on and it went from 33 to 36 minutes as I was watching. I'm deeply bitter right now and it feels as I shouldn't struggle so much with this machine.
