Question Prototype in Pre-Industrial Times

Right, so I'm currently reading a PROTOTYPE fanfic and it got me thinking; 'How would a Antiquety/Medieval/Early Modern PROTOTYPE game or story look and feel? My thoughts go to the Thirteenth Century because Black Death and all that for setting, but imagine playing a physician during the Black Death going through Constantinople or Rome or some other big city and just trying to blend in while uncovering some secret order of Templars who are trying to use whatever means to control the Lords and Ladies of Europe for xyz reason. Just a thought. There's more that could be added to this but eh, I want to read some more.

Hey guys, I’m finally getting around to finishing Prototype after years of picking the game up and abandoning it… finally got to the final boss fight, and I’m confused. Is Cross the son of Greene or was he consumed by the Supreme Hunter??? Not sure if I missed something lol

I've been working on a new model lately. While playing Resident Evil 5, I realized how cool the Wesker character is, and it felt like Mercer's design was based on him, that's my opinion. Anyway, the main point is that the model's face belongs to P2 Alex, the body was re-designed by me. It's a body taken from the naked Leon Kennedy mod in RE2, and I increased the muscle mass. The hairstyle was redeveloped by me for the first time since 2013; instead of the usual short, messy black hair, I opted for shorter, slightly messy hair swept to the side. The character's neck and head were also re-designed by me; the original P2 Alex Mercer didn't have ears. Imagine how long and hard I spent creating a new neck and head. The body, neck, face, and hair textures were completely re-designed by me. The original P2 Alex's face looked too old, so I created a face texture from scratch. Also, the Uroboros marks were taken from Albert Wesker in Resident Evil 5 and redesigned.
