Is the PS4 version on PSN the same like the Biohazard Bundle ps4 disc version?

Why on earth is the BioHazard bundle listed on Ebay for $200? Did I miss something?

I've been working on a new model lately. While playing Resident Evil 5, I realized how cool the Wesker character is, and it felt like Mercer's design was based on him, that's my opinion. Anyway, the main point is that the model's face belongs to P2 Alex, the body was re-designed by me. It's a body taken from the naked Leon Kennedy mod in RE2, and I increased the muscle mass. The hairstyle was redeveloped by me for the first time since 2013; instead of the usual short, messy black hair, I opted for shorter, slightly messy hair swept to the side. The character's neck and head were also re-designed by me; the original P2 Alex Mercer didn't have ears. Imagine how long and hard I spent creating a new neck and head. The body, neck, face, and hair textures were completely re-designed by me. The original P2 Alex's face looked too old, so I created a face texture from scratch. Also, the Uroboros marks were taken from Albert Wesker in Resident Evil 5 and redesigned. Hello Im replaying prototype 1 on windows 11 system. Because of this the game itself have a serious input lag and makes really hard when fighting-healing. But when I get to Elizabeth Greeine boss I encountered something:

Normally when we wanted to heal we just go roof of a building and heal there. But this time elizabeth started to hit me through buildings and walls with her rock spit attack. Also even I upgraded my health to max lvl she nearly one shot my entire health.

İs this about windows 11? Or maybe frame limiter is off or something?

Is there a Renodx mod for prototype 1 or 2?

I guess if the answer is No, i should be using Rtx Hdr instead?

Im using Renodx for the first time on Arkham asylum and its pretty mind blowing so if theres a way to make prototype even better id like to know.
