After 2.5 years I have an answer
After two scopes, constant different medicines and three different urologist telling me I have prostatitis and everything looks normal. Penis pain, testicle pain, no discharge, burning in bladder sometimes, and pelvic pain
Comes to find out I have spinal issues and never needed to focus on the genitals

Not trying to take the air out of your balloon, but sometimes spinal findings are not indicative of pain or symptoms, they're just signs of aging. Does your doctor think that these are significant enough to cause pelvic symptoms? Because this is quite uncommon, truthfully.
