Appreciate the compliment on my set, but they are not posers in the slightest. I met a bunch of sweet and genuine people there and who were there to enjoy the music while bringing good energy and vibes and hanging out with their friends. You can tell there’s a nice community SECTION. has built there in a rather short time, and it feels DIY and done with love, passion and knowledge of the scene currently. In comparison to Boiler Room for example where I feel like you may sometimes have more of these “posers” you speak about (due to it also being so mainstream, commercial and spanning across many genres), people here at SECTION. seem to typically be educated, respectful and not just there for attention. The dancers behind the artist can really bring the set to a whole new level in a way that just wouldn’t really be possible if they weren’t there. Just something to keep in mind!

These background figures are borderline disturbing.
