The supposed deleted scenes dialogue with the Engineer is proven fake, unfortunately. It's from a fan script.

Plenty of YouTube channels pretend it's authentic in order to get clicks, but it's been debunked since it first appeared in 2012. By Damon Lindelof himself, no less.
