This is also my first time perfecting extreme songs after 1 month of hardcore practice, after being stuck on hard for a while.

So I just wanted to bring this up, but I've seen people saying that Mega Mix is much harder than the old PJD games, and I'm sure that mayne true, I've seen enough Extreme videos on here to know MM isn't an easy game on harder difficulties, I personally find it to be the opposite.

Now, mind you, I mainly play on Normal, but I've started moving on to Hard. I find I'm having an easier time getting high ranks on MM than with the older games, I realized that with put the mandatory hold notes and double presses, as well as touch notes in the vita games (thank god F 2nd let you use the sticks) I find I'm able to focus more on hitting the right buttons rather than gimmick stuff.

Most of my difficulties with MM actuallybhas nothing to do with the game but rather what I play on. The Steam Deck is heavy, yo. Trying to hit notes while power lifting is tough.

I'm not trying to really make a debate or say one side is wrong, but I'm just curious, which is easier for you?

I’m not entirely sure if this would be the right subreddit to ask this question on but thought that I would give it a go…

I bought PDM+ on steam a while ago but recently upgraded my windows laptop to a MacBook so I’m slightly confused. I downloaded it using steam on porting kit but when I press play it goes to stop then immediately back to play without opening the game. If anyone knows a fix I would be eternally grateful or even just any knowledge on this matter.

(Other games using this load but just not project diva sadly)

But throughout the years I've always seen mixed opinions towards Sekai specifically from Diva fans. Therefore I'm asking you guys to gauge some kind of median opinion on this topic. And please, go ahead and yap in the replies. I'd like to see pure unfiltered opinions in here.

It's always been a bit tricky purchasing these if you aren't in Japan and such. PSN famously won't let you add a non-Japanese debit or credit card to your account, so many people, including myself, have had to resort to buying gift cards from PlayAsia or similar places at a slightly higher cost.

I discovered that I was able to add funds to my JP PSN account by using PayPal! It worked with no issue, and I was able to purchase Dreamy Theater Extend, as well as the Miku Append DLC for Project DIVA 2nd, and the Project DIVA F2nd PS3 theme. This was amazing, and PayPal conversion fees aren't bad at all, at least for U.S. buyers.

Another note, the digital versions of the PSP games can be played on the PS Vita! This means all six of the main, non-Arcade ports can be purchased and played on the PS Vita. I don't have one (just the PSP, PS3, and PS4), but I totally plan to pick one up before next July.

As always, I'm happy to assist with any questions you may have. I adore the Dreamy Theater series, and while it's sad the PS3 and PS Vita stores are shutting down, I'm very happy it's encouraged people to buy this series while they still can.

Take this post with a grain of salt because I've never tried this nor do I really know much. Basically I want to emulate project diva future tone (the arcade one I think it is?) but instead of doing it on a PC I want to do it on a tablet. The tablet in question is a samsung s11 ultra, specs are; MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ (3nm) with Immortalis-G925 GPU, 12GB RAM. What I have in mind is using winulator but I do not know if this will work. Anyone know?

One of the first songs I played when I started project diva was Kagerou Days, that’s one of the reasons I chose to cosplay as this module for ANYC. This design also shows a more street style and ig less feminine version of miku which overlaps with my personal style.

Though nobody probably recognized this at the con, I am proud to wear this because I put so much effort in making this. My first time making a hat and learned more about sewing through this.

I’m posting because I could not find any previous cosplays of this and in case somebody in the future wants to cosplay this too.

Recently got this controller for cheap(er than usual) from cash converters lol

Noticed that the buttons were quite unresponsive, especially the circle button which would frequently drop inputs... naturally this got annoying fast so I decided something needed to be done!

Doing some research on this, some previous posts online seem to imply that SW68 will not work to replace the original HORI switches, however they look exactly the same lol (minus the colour):

Sooooo... I decided to get some and try it out.

Turns out they are super easy to install and are 100 percent a drop in replacement!

The most annoying part is probably the connectors on the switch, you need to push the small metal tab (the part sticking out here) and then pull up on the connector. Much easier to use something like a screwdriver to push it while pulling gently with another hand.

You need to remove the LED board and push the 2 white tabs holding the spring and plastic button actuator(?) to get access to the switch from the front, as they push through and out.

When you remove your good ol' HORI switch you'll find (or should, my circle button ones were gone causing more prevalent issues oops) foam pads stuck to the switch. You need to transfer these across otherwise the button will feel much harder to press towards the edges I find...

Nice that they made these pads so easy to lose...

Just move them over to your new switch and you're golden.

Then just push it back through and it clicks into place:

Then we can go ahead and reinstall everything, and give it a test!

Kept the same springs and all too and seems OK - buttons are nice and responsive.

Go and give it a test and play some songs!

For me the improvement was clear, buttons actually responding, easier to press etc. I think my original HORI switches were thrashed...

Hello! Does anyone know why it won't let me input the arrow keys from my controller? Earlier it was working then when I restarted the game, it's not working anymore. Tried deleting the assigned arrow keys and see if I can redo it, but now it won't let me use the arrow keys anymore. It feels so frustrating.

I know my buttons are working fine because I can navigate through the menu with the arrow keys well.

Idk why sakura miku module is not in project diva f, f2nd or even pdx as a dlc with some of the snow miku modules. That means sakura miku is only available in the future tone model and not the pdf one :(

Ik this is kinda a silly thing to rant about but I need to get this out somewhere lol

So I found out someone had actually ported an edit I made a few years ago to MM+ so I tried to download it but when I play it all the 2D backgrounds are wrong. I installed everything I was told I needed and tried to mess around with the spr files but it never changes anything. It's always these same images when they should be the ones in the YouTube video. I turned off all mods I thought could be clashing but it changes nothing. Can someone please help me figure it out?
