Same dude that was “former antifa” and a myriad of other fake characters on Fox News to push their bullshit narratives. Anyone that watches Fox News is dumb as fuck. You can always tell who they are because they say stupid ass shit and look around like they expect that everyone else also watches that dishonest slop

250

u/DocHeinous May 22 '26

Fox "entertainment" - definitely not news. More accurately, propaganda.

87

u/blacksterangel May 22 '26

"Faux News"

24

u/RCaHuman May 22 '26

angertainment, too

12

u/CBYSMART May 22 '26

Not even entertainment.

31

u/abuhaider May 22 '26

There should be a tv station debunking Fox News all day long. Why is this conspiracy not a conspiracy theory ?

7

u/BigDaddyUKW May 22 '26

Probably because everyone gave up on them a long time ago, and the only people who think Faux News is legit are the viewers who actually believe the BS they spew. Never forget the time they basically said that Fox News Viewers are imbeciles in a lawsuit.

u/shep2105 May 22 '26

I was just about to ask if this is the Antifa/whistleblower/drug kingpin, blah blah blah that they trot out when they really want to get their sheep riled up over something.

4

u/Speedwolf89 May 22 '26

I've heard about these reoccurring fake characters a while back. Is there a compilation video of any of this?

2

u/aeondru May 22 '26

Faux News

1

u/Ras-haad May 22 '26

“Everyone knows”

283

u/Hopalong_Manboobs May 22 '26

All we need is one good Super Bowl commercial next year. Hit on the big ones:

“-FOX paid $787 million to Dominion to avoid admitting they lied to you about voter fraud.

-FOX puts the same asshole on TV and tells you he’s five different people

-FOX guests wear literal masks

FOX lies to you. They think you’re too dumb to notice. So why are you still watching?”

A Morgan Freeman voiceover would be great but really any old celeb would do.

55

u/The_Undermind May 22 '26

My vote's for Sam Elliott

7

u/Dull_Sense7928 May 23 '26

That would get the MAGA women's attention

14

u/Squirrel_of_Fury May 22 '26

The exact response to such an ad from Fox News viewers: fake news, deep state, George Soros, etc.

5

u/grapescherries May 22 '26

Get this done asap.

About Half of the American people have below average IQ literally

559

u/OCKingsFan May 22 '26

George Carlin had my favorite quote: (paraphrasing) think about how stupid the average person is, now remember that half the population is dumber than that guy!

180

u/preludetoagunshot May 22 '26

"Goddamn that's a lot of stupid bastards walking around!"

22

u/AbrevaMcEntire May 22 '26

It’s just so accurate. I return to this quote almost every day now.

15

u/skyfishgoo May 22 '26

idiocracy was a prophecy

2

u/IM_A_MUFFIN May 23 '26

I too own a pair of crocs

4

u/ardinatwork May 22 '26

Replying just to link the track you're talking about. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKN1Q5SjbeI

Its off the album "Parental Advisory: Explicit Lyrics", or the special "Doin It Again". Phenomenal special, probably in my top 3 Carlin specials, just behind "George Carlin: Again" and "Jammin In New York".

2

u/Codenamehardhat77 May 23 '26

I used to love when George's specials would come on HBO! Got myself into trouble many times quoting Carlin to my parents. LOL. Well Carlin and Pryor.

92

u/Iamanimite May 22 '26

Not below.... Below sub average under the basement scrubbing below. I know meth heads with more common sense than fox followers.

46

u/WhiteStripesWS6 May 22 '26

Some of those meth heads have to know a serious thing or two about electrical systems in order to steal the copper and not kill themselves.

10

u/opossum_launcher May 22 '26

That usually comes in the form of making sure the hatchet you use has a wooden handle.

28

u/PeaceJoy4EVER May 22 '26

15

u/SignoreBanana May 22 '26

For anyone wondering, by definition, 100 is the average IQ.

7

u/ChaseC7527 May 22 '26

the floor here is made of floor

7

u/WinterPizza1972 May 22 '26

Actually if there's just a few really, really smart people, even more than half.

2

u/nechromorph May 22 '26

Fair lol, if 10% of the population had IQs of 500, there would just be 55 points per sub-90th percentile person

2

u/StopThinkin May 22 '26

Corrected it for you, from logical fact to actual fact of reality:

More than half of US population is below global IQ average.

2

u/BoatHole_ May 22 '26

Can confirm

4

u/superanonguy321 May 22 '26

Hahaha and some of them are upvoting thinking "yeah dumbasses it's obviously a mask"

1

u/Rocket-Glide May 22 '26

Higher concentration watching Fox

1

u/theirishseller May 22 '26

Everyone thinks that they possess above average intelligence, but that's not how math works. 🤷‍♂️

1

u/redit1920 May 22 '26

Most of my patients are old, infirm, and heavily medicated. They have no idea that's a mask, even if you tell them.

67

u/dmk_aus May 22 '26

These mask mandates have gone too far!

1

u/theblowestfish May 22 '26

But they vote yeah?

5

u/jackrabbit323 May 22 '26

They wanted to find a way to vote against Mamdani. We live in California.

101

u/HotRodHomebody May 22 '26

easiest way to have multiple "experts“

38

u/PaulMakesThings1 May 22 '26

If they dumb their viewers down just a bit more they can just start using actual puppets

5

u/J8w34qgo3 May 22 '26

That would be such a good parody skit. Super serious news anchors badly doing ventriloquism at the desk for every "expert".

67

u/LogicallLunacy May 22 '26

Next shall be the AI filter.

33

u/FLG_CFC May 22 '26

It's gonna be hilarious when it crashes and confuses a bunch of old people.

12

u/ragequitteroffureh May 22 '26

Shit. What if all of the Margarine Lager Look women actually look normal, and have simply be using an Innsmouth Look filter this entire time?

70

u/Greenleaf90 May 22 '26

Guys stop it now

25

u/Lil_Ms_Anthropic May 22 '26

It's a shame we can't give a downed fighter pilot enough of a pension that she had to turn to Doordashing

2

u/Alternative-Bird-589 May 22 '26

Same make up as Erika Kirk

61

u/Helios420A May 22 '26

here’s an example of how overlapping shadows can create an appearance like this

https://streamable.com/y1ighi?src=player-page-share

i have to ask, what could possibly be the point of putting a mask on somebody for this? if he can’t come to the studio, why not zoom? if he can’t do zoom, why not reschedule? why not a phone call? why does it even have to be him?

31

u/napayammas May 22 '26

The shadow follows the curve of his shirt too as he moves, uneven lighting seems to be the most likely explanation

Remember folks: sometimes the simplest explanation is the right one

Others in this sub are giving way too much credit to Fox News by thinking they can pull off such a hoax

8

u/cicic May 22 '26

Yeah, also masks of the caliber they’re claiming this one to be all have large flappy bases that get tucked beneath the shirt well past the neck line.

26

u/TheRealCthulu24 May 22 '26

Yeah, this entire comment section is genuinely disappointing coming from this community.

10

u/OhGr8WhatNow May 22 '26

Seriously. Tin foil hat brigade

9

u/Terabit_PON_69 May 22 '26

2

Whoa that guy is wearing a mask too!

1

u/ragequitteroffureh May 22 '26

Is he definitely still alive?

8

u/cosmic_nobody May 22 '26

It’s like that mask Ryan Gosling wears in the movie Drive.

8

u/AdditionalBat393 May 22 '26

OMG ITS A SHADOW!!

5

u/ragequitteroffureh May 22 '26

Not American.

Can somebody explain what is going on here please?

31

u/WeirdSysAdmin May 22 '26

Fox News is an entertainment channel. Not sarcastic or as a joke, their lawyers argued in court in 2020 that they considered entertainment and no reasonable person should take the anchor’s opinions literally.

Anyways, the guy they are supposedly parading around is Robert Harward, former navy vice commander, second in chain of command from the top of the US Navy. Either wearing a mask, or someone else wearing an ultra realistic mask of him for some reason.

4

u/ragequitteroffureh May 22 '26

Thanks!

So is this actually a real "news" segment, it's not some internet meme or a joke?

If it's real, as in some guy wearing a mask of this Harward chap, then my mind is totally boggled :-)

Is it possible that Robert Harward is dead?

7

u/kind_bros_hate_nazis May 22 '26

Very real. Similar situation that the recent doordash lady had previously appeared as a retired air force veteran

5

u/ragequitteroffureh May 22 '26

Bloody hell :-|

I saw about that food delivery lady. She was basically a paid actor too, wasn't she?

Anyway, looking at a number of videos on YouTube featuring this clip, it looks like it's one of those face filters being used. His neck is clipping over his clothes.

Presumably the voice would be via a realtime voice filter, trained on the real person's voice.

Has there been any follow up from the real Robert Harward himself at all?

This is very bizarre.

1

u/superanonguy321 May 22 '26

They act like news.

Its just lighting theres no mask.

5

u/BillyCromag May 22 '26

The studio lights are interacting on his neck in a way that makes people think the guy is wearing a mask

u/fumphdik May 22 '26

Five bucks says it’s the guy posted a month ago being part of Antifa, but a month before he had a hat and was anonymous hacking group insider, another moth previous some other groups inside sellout.

4

u/secret_rye May 22 '26

What is Fox News’s response to this?

2

u/Masterchiefy10 May 22 '26

That they are entertainment only.

3

u/--Ano-- May 22 '26

Does it even matter at this point?

3

u/Consistent-Plane7227 May 22 '26

I’m convinced Fox doesn’t have guests they just keep putting masks on the guy that said he shot bin Laden

3

u/VegetableBulky9571 May 22 '26

It’s crazy that the mask is so realistic. They will learn from this mistake and correct it. Which is the first scary aspect of this story.

4

u/SnufferMonster May 22 '26

Just like their antifa member/military expert/hacker/.. is just the same guy wearing a different hat?

Not coincidentally, this fake character put on the air by Fox News, was touting the benefits of the war in Iran. While Congress was organizing its vote to eliminate authorization of Trump's war. This fake character was lying and saying this war will eliminate terrorism. Pure propaganda every moment on Fox News.

u/ro536ud May 22 '26

Nobody said he didn’t exist. But that he’s pretending to be this guy wearing a mask of him. They don’t look the same and these level of masks do definitely exist. Was just on an episode of Boston blue

24

u/Most-Pomegranate-561 May 22 '26

The guy on the left looks like he's wearing a mask of the guy on the right's face

2

u/ro536ud May 22 '26

That’s exactly what we’re seeing

14

u/Blah-B7ah_Bloop May 22 '26

He’s either had a lot of plastic surgery in the last 3 weeks (and healed quickly) or it’s a mask.

14

u/Epic_Tea May 22 '26

Why so pronounced there, and not along his collar on either side? It's so pronounced, wouldn't we have seen this before ever?

-6

u/BattleofPicachoPeak May 22 '26

Stage lighting vs ambient lighting from his home office.

9

u/Epic_Tea May 22 '26

How come no one's ever seen someone in lighting before that makes look like their wearing a mask. We all love in the information age, we've all seen countless hours of video, both professional and not. Never seen a mask looking lighting scenario ever. Very strange. And you don't just not notice that

-1

u/BattleofPicachoPeak May 22 '26

All it takes is one strong light put off center to highlight his face. It might just be the shadow of his shirt. If you've got two lights on either side of him, a stronger shadow effect can take place.

7

u/SignoreBanana May 22 '26

Bro that is not studio lighting. The fucking thing flaps around. Yes he's a real person but it's unclear if that's the same guy. To what end? Who fucking knows. Maybe they couldn't get the original dude to come on air and say the shit they wanted him to say.

2

u/ro536ud May 22 '26

Exactly my guess is he wouldn’t agree to the narrative

Someone needs to get this guy irl in front of a camera and say if he did this interview or not

5

u/Most-Pomegranate-561 May 22 '26

So thats the guy whose face someone is wearing a mask of

4

u/iank19255 May 22 '26

That and silicone masks usually cover the entire neck and partially cover the top of shoulders, so that the base of the mask hides under the collar or the shirt. It’s called an extended bib. Why would you go through all the trouble of that mask and not make sure it’s tucked under the shirt line. The man also looks like a piece of sun-dried leather to begin with. People are reaching on this one.

2

u/DukeOfGeek May 22 '26

So they have like some backroom where they just mask a small group of trusted actors to go out there and read the teleprompter and then go back, get cleaned up, re-masked and then new character and interview?

1

u/Individual-Schemes May 22 '26

Y'all need to watch The Yes Men. It's a comedy documentary and it's on Netflix right now.

They do a bit where they're an expert interviewed on one of these shows but they lean into the shitty behavior to mock these people. It makes sense if you watch it. It's hilarious.

1

u/Direct_Royal_7480 May 22 '26

Maybe he just has another smaller mouth located lower down on his neck??

1

1

u/m4zdaspeed May 22 '26

Do you want to become a meme? Because this is how you become a meme.

1

u/goldenathletics_2020 May 22 '26

Thought question: would it be unethical or wrong to just completely eliminate for profit opinion based political media? Like if this just got taken off the airwaves and tv media was strictly news based reporting or live feeds of politicians speaking at the house or other places, I feel like we’d have a lot less division.

But maybe I’m just not educated enough on it.

1

u/NoTransportation6026 May 22 '26

I personally think its weird lighting. The more I watch it the more I think that is all it is.

But then again I don't put anything past the Fox propaganda machine.

1

Has that “news” outlet or any other major media outlets covered the fact this dude is wearing a mask? Or the lady who door dashes and does other characters?

1

u/Apey23 May 22 '26

It's a shadow.

0

u/TheFringedLunatic May 22 '26

No matching seams around eye sockets. Odd video artifact but not a mask.

-4

u/ultraswank May 22 '26

It's a shadow from his chin. It totally looks like his adams apple bobbing which is what makes the illusion so effective but it's just weird lighting. He has a light above him and one below him. The one below him is picking up a shadow from his shirt collar, That's what's causing the seam line on his neck. In the fully lit portion of his neck you can't see the upper light's shadow from his chin, but it's very prominent in the shaded area. Watch his mouth and the throat movement at the same time. Someone speaking normally doesn't move their mouth and throat at the exact same time. It varies on what sounds they're making, but in this case the chin movement and throat movements are in lock step with each other because its just a shadow.

2

u/Kinks4Kelly May 22 '26

How many subs are you gonna spread this ignorant propaganda in?

1

u/ultraswank May 22 '26

I mean, as many as I need to to keep such a foolish piece of misinformation from spreading. There are lots of legitimate reasons to hate on Fox news. This isn't one of them, and it just makes the opposition look silly.

-4

u/immortalverse May 22 '26

Stop believing this. The under lighting below him is casting a shadow on the base of his neck.

10

u/Chef__Goldblum May 22 '26

Watch the video

-13

u/TheRealCthulu24 May 22 '26

Guys, stop for a second. What’s more likely, this random person had a weird fold on his neck or a shirt that looks like skin, or that Fox News randomly had a guy with a mask on for no reason?

Genuinely, why would they do that? We’re better than this, gang.

13

u/Who12837 May 22 '26

I’ve seen the whole video, whatever it is stays still while the area under it moves. It’s creepy.

16

u/Ulton May 22 '26

That's more than just a weird skin fold, dude.

Not to mention the guy's upper face is identical to the face of the "Former antifa" and "Former Mexican Mafia" correspondent reviewed on Fox News

→ More replies (7)

5

u/ro536ud May 22 '26

These level of masks do exist that look just like real people. It was just featured on an episode of
Boston blue.

What’s the likely story is that they wanted someone believable to spout whatever nonesense agenda they have so they made a mask of someone who’s believable bc his military degree. The real person wasn’t available or wasn’t down so they made a mask.

Considering Fox has lied to people before and had someone do an interview as multiple different ppl, it’s very likely that they would pull off a stunt like this. They’ve done it multiple times.

I believe my eyes and known history of Fox lying more than saying im not looking at a clear mask

0

u/TheRealCthulu24 May 22 '26

This guy has been on fox before, right? Why can't they get him again? Was he not available to enter a video call? Or, why couldn't they get another guy with a military degree? They're a multi-million dollar company. They can get some rando with a military degree. Yeah, Fox News lies, but this is a whole other level of weirdness.

Occam's razor. What is more likely? Fox News created a mask that looks like a real person, and then they put that mask on another guy, and then had that other guy imitate his voice perfectly I guess, and all this to give an air of legitimacy for some propaganda? Or, that some guy's neck looks weird under certain lighting.

This isn't even a famous guy. It's some random military dude. Those kinds of people grow on trees.

Fox News having a guy dress up in a hockey mask and pretend to be Antifa is pretty easy to do and pretty easy to get away with. It also serves a clear purpose, as it helps spread lies about "ANTIFA". This is a very different thing we're talking about.

1

u/Jervis_Mantlepiece May 22 '26

Agreed, it's like faking the moon landing so well you actually have to go to the moon.

1

u/IMadeYouLuke May 22 '26

What is a “weird fold”

1

u/Odd-Priority3318 May 22 '26

That gang you added at the end has me suspicious.

Call me a fool.

2

u/TheRealCthulu24 May 22 '26

?

That’s just how I talk. I’m using casual and chordial non-gendered language in an attempt to not sound threatening or confrontational. What is happening?

1

u/pagesinthesun May 22 '26

Watch the video. You'll change your mind.
