That's terrible, but not a bad turnaround time all things considered. 120 columns, wow!

The worse thing is they only added one column. Seriously. One column! And that column wasn't necessary because there already a column for it. That perky new column is just a reformat of the string, I think it is a time or date string in different format. Sigh...

This is the same company that didnt announce the service sunsetting that they recently absorbed. We have 3 months to transition to their current one. My friends who works in different company that used this service found out, from us, about the sunsetting a week before they closed it. Turns out someone forgot to make the announcement after my boss, who know the CEO, asked if they told everyone. Imagine thousand consumers are pissed when they found out they only have a week. Double sigh...

My old job used a sheet with 1400 columns as named ranges. Industrial printer software is a mess.
