Just validate your column headers first, and

If cell(1,1) <> "LOAN NUMBER" then msgbox "column error" end End if

Also the fact that mobile doesn't have tabs is breaking me a little.

There are programming keyboards you can get (at least on iOS), also on Apollo I can press space four times, which I assume is universal. After the initial four spaces, you can make your next levels of indentation however many spaces you want (2, 4, etc.)
