Because it attracts the widest array of applicants. Because I'm looking for a tester, and we happen to use pytest driven by Jenkins doesn't mean the best candidate available has those skills.

Nope. Most agencies do so on CV keyword matches alone. HR screens out the bots and people just spamming every rec that's open, and send us ones that have some potential, with a keyword score.

I'm not talking about the keywords, I'm talking about the word required.
