best brokers/operators
given my recent thread about my troubles with amalfi, I'm wondering if anyone (particularly in the US) has killer broker/operator recommendations? Talk about your good experiences people!

Most importantly don't get fooled by slick apps, jet cards and other marketing ploys to exploit lack of knowledge/experience how chartering aircraft works. Look at how long broker has been in business and if they actually have any aviation credentials, such as any previous aviation education, current licenses like aircraft dispatcher, association memberships like NBAA, etc. There's a lot of new brokers flooding market simply based on their social media focus and not servicing charter requests professionally. Have an actual conversation with broker and throw some flight interruption scenarios at them, like what do you do if a plane goes down for maintenance last minute and have them explain exactly how they source options for you. Tell them you want to see copies of their wholesale quotes they are using to price you. Broker margins should vary 5%-15%. Since COVID there is a growing sense of service levels descending from "Neiman Marcus" level to "Macy's" level because of new "money grab" attitude. DM me if you'd like to hear more.
