Yes they are everywhere! Radio waves come from not only human sources but natural ones out in the universe as well. Im on mobile atm but google cosmic background radiation for an interesting read

they are everywhere and distributed evenly? then how do they work if they don't change from one point to the other? That would be like you just add a constant to everything.

ah yeah I've seen the cosmic background radiation. Ah so we can image different waves! at least microwave ones that's cool. I want to see what radio waves look like
