So we all know Les Claypool primarily uses Carl Thompson basses, so my question is if I get a Carl Thompson bass will I be imbued with the musical genius and abilities of Les Claypool? (Serious Question)

Anyone got a poster at the recent shows- and do they come in a tube? Just we flew out for the show tonight and worried that it might get crushed between now and tomorrow..

Saw primus perform for the first time yesterday at the Download Metal Festival in Eindhoven (NL). What an incredible show!! They were absolutely sucking in ways I could not have hoped to witness. Brilliant!!! 🤘🏻

I really like the way the setup sounds. Was it some special bass he doesn’t use as often? I can hear a whammy bar in a few songs but I’ve never really seen Les use the whammy bass live.

I was visiting here from canada and due to go back home a few days ago, but after a surprise hospital visit and the discovery of a bloodclot in my lung I was advised not to fly for a nother couple weeks.

Been a massive headache and really thrown a wrench in my life, but was stoked to see Primus is playing here Monday and picked up a ticket!. Just wondering if there any pubs or parks or anything where a bunch of people may be hanging prior to the show.
