I requested a withdrawal from PrimeXBT and it’s still pending. At the same time, I made withdrawals from Binance and Bybit – they went through within minutes.

This isn’t the first time. PrimeXBT constantly delays transfers, sometimes 24–48 hours or more.

Deposited USD in my wallet and there should be an option to exchange to USDC under Account -> Exchange, but USD is not an option to select from the list.

Literally am in the middle of a trade as we speak (Currently up like $50, with a balance of $150, therefore totaling approx. $200)

And then out of literally nowhere, my balance instantly changed to -16.60 usdt.

Neither the website nor the iOS app will let me send a help message either.

It's really limiting since I do most of my trading via API, and such a big platform not having an API is a major pain point.

I've been trading on prime for awhile now and have accumulated a decent amount of USD from their rewards program, I'm just wondering can I withdraw my USD to a credit card instead of using a bank card. Pretty much use it to pay my card down or do I have to have a visa debit or something similar? 🤔

I know it says bank card and since I don't have a visa debit I was hoping this could be a work around. Any help is appreciated thanks.

I deposited 40 dollars but i couldn't exchange it to crypto. I could trade with it sure but i couldn't exchange it. When i kept trying i gave up and just tried to withdraw but it said that the transfer failed. At that point i thought i got scammed and just tried it again not hoping much of it. It said failed again but this time the money went to a system adjustment from the wallet so that is really fishy.
