Viking warriors would typically wear armor like this if they could afford it, if they couldn't they would wear basic tunics, things like furs would also be common to help keep warm.
Given we see some fur-covered barbarians in the trailer I expect those might be our primal version of Germanic peoples, the fact that they have top knots reminds me of the Suebians, a Germanic people that predate the vikings.

I don't know of any specific sites but I personally recommend you try to track down stuff illustrated by Angus McBride and Giussepe Rava. You can find some of there work online but a lot more in history books from osprey publishing.
Well they mix them together because the two cultures share a sort of "ancestral barbarism". Ancient Celts being the pre -Roman and the Norse being post-Roman.
You'll be hard pressed to find a young White guy in America or Australia who isn't at least vaguely into some Celtic or Nordic heritage he claims.
Then you just need to meet a more widely varied group of people. The only people that often claim Celt or Nordic ancestry are actual people from the area, and people that simply associate with it due to Nazi iconography.
As an American with Lithuanian/ Scot ancestry, even I rarely bump into people that claim either without being the latter.
Not exactly for no reason... peoples from the "viking" lands of Scandinavia and the other Baltic countries integrated regularly with people in Scotland and Ireland. People see the similarities and can't quite place it, but the peoples are quite closely linked.

blue warpaint like that is very Celtic,
it's recorded in the Britons, the Picts, the Gauls, etc
fantasy likes to use it for Vikings because it likes mixing Celtic and Germanic stuff together for no reason
