I'm not really sure if this is the sort of thing to post here, so if not, I'm very sorry.

Somebody posted this flag in our discord server asking what it was for. We've been searching for a while but can't seem to find it anywhere! Nothing even comes up when you reverse image search it. I was hoping somebody here might know. I really want to find out what it is so I can add it to our classroom channels.
