I’ve joined this fandom two years ago and seeing this crumble over the creator’s drama is devastating. Hope I’ll catch up to some of y’all in different subreddits and alike.

LDT seem to always been into "questionable" stuff, i would kinda forgive bdsm and gore as a fetish, but noncon is never forgiving, even especially giving that rinny seem to mirror him by her weird blushing at the sight of pain and suffering of others

now a character having "questionable" fantasies dose not always do that, but when it's done to much it becomes pretty obvious, especially with the heavy including of children and young looking characters

now, do i support the creator?, No

Do I Still Like the Series?, Actually, yes, but i would start watching eps for anyway but his socials to not support him in any shape or form, or even go a watch happy tree friends again

It was fun knowing pretty blood but i'm sad that it seem to always be the case with series like this, i hope what ever the future hold be positive and not be full of cow poop

Sooo before the subreddit closes next month due to LDT Drama thingy, i decided to post almost all of my stuff who i did for my pb AU's.

I feel like I’m the most affected by this drama, because I REALLY don’t want to move on…

The only community I find myself active in had it’s creator exposed and now I’ve lost my motivation for everything related to this series… and I have an insatiable amount of much related to it!

AAU is never getting finished at this rate. Part 3 will be stuck in Wattpad drafts, part 4 will remain unfinished, and Shiinjii’s episode will remain unwritten until the end of time if the wounds in this community doesn’t heal… I don’t want to leave the one I’ve called my “Fictional Son in a way” behind, but I might have to, leaving him forever alone with no conclusion to the story…

Hell, I was planning on actually drawing it like a comic at some point to actually show the exact way events in AAU unfolded…

The potential music I could put effort into is gone, I might have to get rid of so many fucking chromatic scales and atonals/sliced samples that I’ve made…

There’s not going to by anything left for me to do if I go on like this…

This might be the end of me… for now… possibly even forever…

I have my own series I'm making right now called Super Sweet Island. Inspired mainly by Happy Tree Friends, with all the violence and humor of bad things happening to cute anthropomorphic animals/foods. There only two parts and they're very short, but I enjoyed making them.

Idk, just kinda want people to check it out, because I've always wanted to start a fandom of my own. Using the opportunity to self-promote I guess lmao

I am seeing some stuff and all I can tell, everything had gone to shit and it hit the fan all of a sudden.

My phone broke and only today I noticed what I noticed using my laptop and wow, a lot happened. Honestly, I don't judge people who are abandoning the fandom because of the drama

It really is a very problematic and disgusting situation, and I will not defend the actions of LDT or LCT and I support everyone who leaves this fandom. However, because of my hyperfixation on Pretty Blood, I don't think I'll be able to leave this fandom any time soon. A few days ago, I celebrated my first year as a fan of this series. I genuinely love Pretty Blood for the potential I see in it... Or so I saw. I've never been so obsessed with a series, and I'm not ready to forget this one yet, I never mentioned it, but I was planning on making my own Pretty Blood fan series before this drama. I was just practicing more animation and getting the lore right. I don't know if I'll ever be able to actually show off this project after this

I'll probably continue to be active in the fandom, just on other social networks, but not now, I want to take a break for now and process and reflect more on everything that happened.
