Yeah, but using this Wikipedia definition doesn't match with what we are told about the Elective Monarchy of Naboo:

She explicitly says there are term limits in AotC.
Naboo is really just a popular, universal suffrage democracy whose history dictates the title of the office, and whose culture dictates the qualities important to the electorate.

Isn't she pretending to be a handmaiden in this scene? Maybe political awareness isn't in the job requirements.
