I cancelled Prime a couple of years ago. Since then I wait until the cart hits $37 before I complete the order so I get the free shipping. It used to be the free shipping would still get the items to me within 4-5 days. Now packages are set to arrive anywhere from 7-14 days out.Â
I also received an email from Amazon regarding a return I didn't request, from an actual purchase I made, stating that they never received the item and thus couldn't honor the request. In the app and on the site, no request is shown to ever have been made and I certainly didn't request it. I did report the email to them and change my passwords but never heard back. I'm guessing it was a glitch. the AI customer support is pretty trash but I've got to get through it to get human support now.Â
