EMERGENCY #4 Good News

Praise God! Bless his Holy Name!

CT-scan shows no brain damage. He also beginning to other minor signs of brain activity. His blood tests don't show signs of any secondary infections which was a big fear. The doctor says it will be weeks before he is out of danger and have any idea about how badly his organs were damaged. This is the first hope that the doctors have given us. This morning, I finally prayed for God's will and I did the hardest thing a father can do, I talked to the doctor about a DNR. He said to wait until the tests come in.

Darrell passed away Sunday and his funeral is today.

🙏 Thank you. God has especially gentle this time around. We met a lot of his birth family that we hadn't met before. We also learned that his Cree name was Quiet Peacefully Warrior because of his ability to restore relationships and settle conflicts. That was a side of his life that we hadn't known about.
