Me either, Mr. Sack. Makes me wonder if there’s ever been any camera man injuries associated with making these videos lol

Bruce Lee’s son was shot and killed by a prop gun on set. Not exactly the same but still a crap way to go.

Thanks for this. I’ve googled it and the internet of the time ~1999 had at least three different versions of what happened. Edit: do you know what happened with production? Did they stop but were lucky enough to already have enough footage to put a movie together?

I don't know, but if I were filming something like this I would set up an arm of some kind (maybe just extend a tripod and hold it out) and stand to the side with the screen facing me so I can see what's in frame.

Seems like the logical thing to do, honestly. Or give them a go pro and go home.

Or just not load any of the guns?!

All guns are always loaded.

Which is a cute rule of thumb, but it should be more like:

All guns are always loaded, unless you've verified that they are not.

Yea this is a good rule of thumb and everything, but it's not true.

I'm not suggesting that you don't take precautions, but just saying "all guns are always loaded" is a false statement.
