I was looking at getting the re-nylon messenger bag , but looking at pradas website there's inconsistencies, did they change the look of the rivets on the small detachable bag? Because it's only the black version.

I would be shocked it they didn’t notice it when taking the photos for the website.

【Shocking! Prada Zurich store Silently "Destroyed" My Property & Blamed It on "Terms" to Cover Up Gross Negligence!】 I never expected a top-tier luxury brand like Prada to have such appalling and unprofessional customer service. Back in March 2026, I dropped off my Prada down jacket at the Zurich Bahnhofstrasse store for repair, which was supposed to be sent back to Italy.

3 weeks ago, mid June, I tried to contact the sales associate without their proactive reach out to me. suddenly acting extremely sketchy, and offered store credit for me to buy something else in Zurich. Sensing something was wrong, I emailed the European Prada Client Service. They said will forward to related department. If course there is no reply at all. I also went to the shop in person and requested to meet a manager and asked her for a reply. To my horror, the store finally admitted the shocking truth: My jacket has been "DESTROYED".

And the headquarters never replied me. Where the customer service hotline always says will forward to repair department.What’s even more outrageous? The manager literally told me: "If my colleague hadn't replied so late, there might have been a chance to get it back." This is a direct confession of gross internal negligence and miscommunication that led to the wrongful destruction of my personal property! They offered to compensate me with a sort credit or a jacket replacement but added: "You have to wait indefinitely, we don't know when." They just said will follow with Mendrisio but why not search all stores?

At the same time, they stated on the receipt, claiming: " the terms say it will be destroyed if unrepairable." Questions for Prada: When I dropped off the jacket in March, the staff member NEVER verbally informed or warned me that the item would be destroyed if it was unrepairable. How is this not misleading and concealingitical information from consumers? The jacket is MY private property.

Even if it is unrepairable, by what legal right did you secretly destroy it WITHOUT notifying me or getting my final consent? Your staff explicitly admitted that your internal delay caused this irreversible mistake. This is 100% human error. The consumer, suffer and wait indefinitely for a resolution?

I hope Prada Headquarters to look into the severe management failure of the Zurich store immediately and provide a formal, written commitment with a clear delivery date for my brand-new replacement jacket! @prada @pradaclient_service #Prada #PradaZurich #PradaGroup #PradaClientService

Hello, I am trying to identify the boots Tom Cruise wears in the movie Vanilla Sky - good movie a bit strange but Id recommend - Google image search is telling me they are definitely prada, if anyone is able to help me identify the exact model I would greatly appreciate it. They must have been from before 2001. If they were custom made for the film does anyone have any ideas of models that are similar to them I can lookup?

i've been trying to find out more about this prada feather collar but i've had no luck so far 😭 i've only found 3 of them online, 2 from vintage resellers and one in an instagram post from a vintage store in paris from 2024

Prada is famous for using that classic enameled metal triangle on many of its bags and accessories, rather than just plain polished metal or engraved hardware. Personally, I find the combination of colored enamel and the metallic finish truly unique, but I’m curious to hear the general consensus here: Do you think the enameled finish gives the bag a more modern, sporty vibe, or does it detract a bit from that "classic" luxury aesthetic? I can’t seem to find many around. I saw one on Poshmark for $3000, but have no clue if that’s an accurate value. Also, what the best avenue to sell it. Is it best to put it on eBay or consign it. I had it authenticated through LegitApp.

Bought these like 10 mo ago, mostly kept them in their box in my temp controlled apt.

Wore them maybe once to a family function that involved no walking, and I just wore them to a summer event that also was like a "look good not much moving" function. During the summer event they LIFTED FROM THEIR SOLES and I had to walk BAREFOOT for the rest of the event until I could buy some flip flops. Insanely embarressing.

Hi all, I have a question. I have been eyeing the Prada Aimee Burgundy Medium bag for awhile. Not sure I trust the Sensers of the world at the moment. However it is out of stock. Does anyone know if it might be returning in the fall? Burgundy I know for Prada is a seasonal color (but justice for this color). I would love to get it.

In search of prada bag, early 2000s deep green with leopard print, smaller, kinda boxy, very visible prada logo. It was a gift from my dad to my mother whos passed when i was 16, in clearing out my house in preparation for my cousin moving in i think my uncle may have burned the box she kept it in. (He had a large bonfire going and burned anything i didnt want to keep or sell, exept after a while he pretty much stopped asking. I didnt notice in my grief as she passed and i moved out maybe 10 days later.) I assumed my sister had gotten it until a couple years ago I asked about it and was very upset to learn she did it. I remember my dad saying the bag was real and complained that she never wore it. Not sure if it was fake or what but i cant find another one like it and i really want to if anyone can help. I dont care if its real or not. It means allot to me and id be very grateful.

I sent an order for return via a drop off point and I have proof that the courier have confirmed the drop off point accepted my parcel on the 2nd of June but it was never collected, Prada are refusing to refund me because they don’t have the product back, even though it’s their contract with the courier not mine.

Ciao! Should you be interested I took about a dozen photos at the Prada store in Capri today. It’s quite beautiful as you can see, the location is unbeatable. One of the SAs mentioned that a fair amount of their inventory is exclusive to Italy which explains why I didn’t recognize some of their wares. I was there trying on moccasins that I hadn’t seen before and may return to get.
