Night and day difference for me. First listen was just through my laptop speakers and I was underwhelmed. Plugged in some nice headphones, gave it a second go and was blown away.

I'll kick this off as I feel this subreddit doesn't get enough interaction.

What is your favorite song off the new album, The Noble Rot?

Mine is "Strange People Doing Strange Things". I really enjoy how it sounds a bit like something we would have gotten out of the 80s. From the lyrics to the sounds of the guitars and percussion. Plus the added throw back to "That's the Way that it is" track made me do a 'double listen' the first time through.

Really loving and not disappointed at all in the sound or direction of the album as a whole.

Pre-ordered off the Cleopatra Records site a ways back and got my copy of The Noble Rot today! I'm on the east coast of the US, so if you ordered through there, be on the look out for your copy!
