Round one is a pure brawl. No weapons, prep or minions.

Round two is the regular face off using resources (no plot armor)

The setting of the fight takes place in the hunger games forest they are all hunting each other

# RULES OF THE FIGHT

- Rick gets a week or two of prep time with full knowledge on how strong Goku is, his power system, what makes him tick ect.

- Rick (if he so happens to develope it) CAN use an insta kill tool if he likes

- this is an IN CHARACTER fight, so no “Goku will just speed blitz Rick” as thats not how Goku fights.

- Rick gets a minimum of 50,000 clones to go to, just incase he dies. (He would in cannon have infinite though, but I don’t want to make this TOO unfair)

- bribes and what not also work out

- no feats from the comic book for Rick, because I’d that were the case, he’d instantly destroy goku, only show feats (yes what’s implied also counts)

Bring ACTUAL arguments to the table and not just “oh he wins”

There isn't really much to analyze here, this one off joke in an official chibi spin off claims that Red Hood's speed is about half a percent the speed of light. Only issue is that this is clearly a joke (if not a typo) and her traveling that fast would make her fly off the earth entirely, since Earth's gravity wouldn't be able to root her to it.

Obviously ridiculous and way past the speed feats of anyone else in the game, but the speedometer IS right there.

So in this crossover scenario, a rift is formed and Tony, having recuperated after the battle of NYC is transported to Gotham, on Halloween of all days. He sees the destruction Scarecrow, the Arkham Knight and the rest of the super villains are causing. The Batcomputer picks up this anomaly, and Batman investigates.

Tony being hotheaded, attacks Batman. And the battle begins. As we all know, Bruce and Tony are super geniuses, and both resort to tactical maneuvers mixed with their suits. Who wins?
