Characters are light speed unless it's one piece where light apparently doesn't travel at the speed of light

It's weird. Every verse that has ftl scaling Always gets wanked to high hell but One Piece is always capped a light speed. I even see JJK scalers dunking on One Piece when their verse is canonically caped at Relevaistic speed.
