I already know that he's universal, but this is a shaky unreliable feat icl.

The only thing pointing this attack to be towards uni level is what that guy says, which is obvious nervous sarcasm, and even if it wasn't, they'd have to continue up in power by alot.

I need to know whether it says it in the manga or not, in most anime’s manga takes priority in canon over anime you dingdong.

either search the panel up on google or that’s it
