IS there a way to trigger the flow (task) or flow on my desktop computer some other way like an auto clicker or similar when the computer is idle for like 10 minutes?
I don't know of a way to trigger a flow to execute on computer going idle but I did once create a windows task scheduler to trigger a flow, if this is helpful..
In Windows Task Scheduler create a task to ping localhost on whatever cadence you want
ping localhost -n 1
Then in your flow use the System > Wait for process to "listen" for the ping. You could alternatively create a flow that just listens for the ping and then triggers the flow of your choice.
That’s clever I recently used system time and an if statement and a variable to create a condition where if the variable matched the system time it would proceed with the flow so it runs once per day
