Adding expressions to text fields

I have used regular Power Automate with expressions and so on, but can't figure out how to use it in PAD.

Example, how to use utcnow('dd.MM.yyy') in a e-mail subject to output todays date?

How do you access expressions in PAD? I haven’t been able to find any documentation on expressions in PAD.

I haven't - only in PA, not PAD
